I learnt that protecting our Mother Earth is very important as our natural resources will run out in the next hundred years. I also learnt that using dry cell batteries will cost more than using rechargeable batteries. The 3Rs – Reduce, Reuse and Recycle are very important in conserving Earth’s natural resources. I will help save the Earth by giving my old story books to my siblings, buying products made of recycled materials and using rechargeable batteries.

Cheow Jin Jie, Princess Elizabeth Primary School

I learnt that we humans have caused Mother Earth so much damage. I also learnt that I can be a battery myself! From now on, I will practise the 3Rs everyday and reduce wastage, recycle plastic bottles, aluminum cans and reuse plastic bags! :)

Lim Hui Ming, Princess Elizabeth Primary School

I learnt to reduce, reuse and recycle. I also learnt that using rechargeable batteries is more effective and can save much more money than using dry cell batteries. I learnt that I can save the Earth. I can help save the environment by sharing what I have learnt today to my family and more. From now on, I will try to bring my own bag instead of getting plastic bags when I am out shopping.

Ko Seoyoon, Princess Elizabeth Primary School

Through this programme, I have learnt more about thinking Gaia and about rechargeable batteries. I think this programme is very useful. From today onwards, I will practise the 3Rs and I will spread the message to my family and friends. I will try my best to keep the Earth clean, green and health. It impressed me that SANYO has the determination in keeping the Earth green to go all over the world.

I believe we earthlings have a task to conserve this home where we all live in.

Ng Wei Qi, Bukit View Primary School

I have learnt to conserve energy and apply the 3Rs that is to reduce, reuse and recycle. I can now tell my family or even relatives about conserving energy on Earth. The new thing that I have learnt today is that we can use many ways to practise the 3Rs. From today onwards, I will remind my family and friends to help save the Earth! :) I love my Mother Earth!

Tiara Safiah Binte Hamzah, Bukit View Primary School

I have learnt to save the Earth and the environment. I will apply the 3R-practises that I have learnt today. I also learnt about batteries and electricity. I promise to reduce, reuse and recycle!

Nur Azyyati, Bukit View Primary School

I learnt more about saving energy today. My sister taught us about it before. I will apply what I have learnt by buying rechargeable batteries instead of dry cell batteries. I really enjoyed this lesson! I wish I could attend it one more time. I really enjoyed the ‘Human Battery’ experiment where I learnt that salt water can conduct electricity. I will practise the 3Rs everyday. This lesson helped me a lot.

Paulina Valencia, Griffiths Primary School

I learnt that it is important for us to reduce, reuse and recycle. I like the ‘Human Battery’ activity and how a human being can be part of an electrical circuit! I really enjoyed the lesson. It taught me a lot of things that I can practise in the future and tell others about . I really hope that there will be more of such activities. From now onwards, I will practise the 3Rs.

Jeowy Khoo Geok Mei, Griffiths Primary School

I learnt that we should use rechargeable batteries instead of dry cell batteries. I also learnt to reduce, reuse and recycle, like how we should use our own reusable bag instead of plastic bags in supermarkets. We even used ourselves as ‘human batteries’ in an experiment! It was a fun day.
